Telephone Counselling is available for those clients who are unable to attend face-to-face sessions or those that would rather receive support in the comfort of their own home. Telephone counselling can be arranged for those times and days that are convenient for you.

Telephone Counselling has advantages:

Telephone Counselling meets the needs of those people looking for a counsellor, but are unable to attend face to face sessions because of Geographical location, Mobility issues, Transport problems or simply a preference to telephone.

Telephone Counselling is Confidential.

So you will be able to talk in confidence with the knowledge that your name or telephone number will never be shared with anyone and that you will never be identified in connection with what you say during counselling.

How to book your Telephone Counselling support.

The simplest way to pay for your Telephone Counselling sessions is via the secure Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment. Instructions are given on the Paypal website on how to use your debit or credit card.

Telephone Counselling fees and instructions

1. Email me with an outline of what you would like your telephone counselling session to cover.
   Please include in your email the preferred day and time for your first session.
   If you wish me to call you please also include your telephone number.
   
2. I will email you as soon as possible to confirm the date and and time of our first session, however, if your preference for date and time is not available I will email you as soon as possible with some alternative slots for you to choose from. If you are booking more than one session the the day and time of subsiquent sessions will be agreed during your first session.
   I will include in my reply all of the payment options.
   
3. If you are happy with the arrangement and wish to proceed you can pay using the Paypal option below or by one of the other payment options outlined in my email to you.
   
4. At the arranged day and time I will call you or if previously arranged you can call me.
